One address, whatever it's about
An invitation, a bug, a question about a scan, a privacy request — write to the same place and a person reads it.
Write to
PhotoWrite is built and run by one person, based in Japan, so this is also the address that answers. There is no ticket queue and no auto-reply — expect a reply from a human, not necessarily an instant one.
If it's about an account
Anyone can create an account — what that involves is on the getting-started page. If something in the sign-up or sign-in flow isn't working, write to the address above.
If it's a wrong or a missing answer
The photograph, its coordinate and roughly when it was taken help far more than a description of what went wrong — PhotoWrite gets a scan wrong for reasons specific to a place, not in general.
Better still, if you were in Lightroom, send the scan log. The plug-in keeps one beside your catalogue, a line per photograph holding everything the service sent back, and Plug-in Manager → PhotoWrite → Scan log → Show in Finder (or Explorer) opens the folder it is in. It answers most of what we would otherwise have to ask you for.
The browser keeps no log — there is nowhere on your machine to put one, and we will not hold a record of where you have been. So from /app, the trace line under the photograph’s own card is the equivalent: read it off the screen, or send a screenshot of the card.
If it's about your data
What is collected, why, and how to ask for a copy or a deletion is set out on the privacy page; write to the same address to act on any of it.
